Everything went smoothly, directions to the carpark were accurate and easy to follow. Will use this service again in the future.

I was disappointed not to be taken directly to Terminal 1 and, being disabled and not pre-warned, I found the walk from the Station to Terminal 1 somewhat long and tiring. I cannot understand why you cannot drop off at all the Terminals. I was not aware of this practice when I booked the car park. However, the Meet & Greet service was well worth the additional £20 for our return trip. The driver was extremely helpful and courteous. Excellent service!

Efficient staff and parking system. Only complaint is that I just missed one bus at 0522 ish and had to wait over 30 min for the next one around 0555. Therefore I didn't get to the airport check-in till 0620 as the drive is closer to 20 min than the quoted 12 min.

Very good service, well organized and bus arrived very promptly after our arrival at the airport. Phoned your office a couple of times but all I got was the answerphone. Would be better if I could speak to a real person.

Pleasant staff had to wait a little too long on return at airport for a bus which was about 45 min. Well looked after bus and reasonable priced. We had two vehicles and each was priced differently by £5. Think it had something to do with season price rise as one was booked a week earlier than the other. Overall good and would use again.

Very efficient and courteous, have used Airparks before but was much nearer the Airport. However, will consider using you again.

Location easy to find. Check-in and out very quick and easy. Buses regular. One fault using Manchester is the buses only pick-up and drop-off at one central location - making for a long hike along the walk-ways to arrivals / departures. Don't know if all car-park shuttles operate the same.

Excellent value, rather long transfer to airport but friendly and efficient service. I will use Airparks again.
